Catherine and her entire team are at your service. The first person you’ll meet when you move to Cranbrook Residences is your Residential Manager, Catherine. She’ll be there to welcome you into your new home and introduce you to your neighbours.
At a more practical level Catherine is dedicated to ensuring the residences run smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing and enjoy your new boutique retirement lifestyle. Catherine’s door is always open.
Our Residential Sales Manager Frances, has a wealth of experience having worked in retirement living sales for 10 years. Frances is patient and happy to answer all your questions as you embark on the journey of moving into retirement living. Frances takes the time to ensure you and your family are well informed about all aspects of retirement living and once you have moved in continues to provide guidance.
Our lovely Geraldine is always at the ready with a smile to assist our residents with their daily needs. Geraldine will coordinate your move-in and will train you on how all the fittings work in your new apartment. She’s also there to organise some of the more personal things you might need like a hairdresser, podiatrist, masseuse or personal trainer and assist in organising our fabulous events.
Bill is the person on the ground and your go-to for anything maintenance related in either your residence or the grounds. You will have no more thoughts of lawns to mow or rubbish to put out with our property services team in place. Bill is also there to ensure the lawns are mowed, the hedges trimmed, your rubbish bins emptied, your leaky faucets fixed and any day-to-day issues resolved.
