Catherine, Residential Manager
Catherine and her entire team are at your service. The first person you’ll meet when you move to Cranbrook Residences is your Residential Manager, Catherine. She’ll be there to welcome you into your new home and introduce you to your neighbours.
At a more practical level Catherine is dedicated to ensuring the residences run smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing and enjoy your new boutique retirement lifestyle. Catherine’s door is always open.
Paula, Resident Services Coordinator
Our lovely Paula is always at the ready with a smile to assist our residents with their daily needs. Paula will coordinate your move-in and will train you on how all the fittings work in your new apartment. She’s also there to organise some of the more personal things you might need like a hairdresser, podiatrist, masseuse or personal trainer and assist in organising our fabulous events.
