Cranbrook Residences was proud to be a finalist in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards for Excellence in Retirement Living 2018. This award recognises developments that pay particular attention to the needs of residents, primarily active retirees 55 years of age and older. The awards, which were announced on 3 August acknowledge developments with a high standard of overall design, create a sense of place, and have regard for an energy and water efficient lifestyle.
