As ageing Australians are particularly susceptible to infectious diseases, Cranbrook Residences has set up a COVID-19 Working Group to support our residences in preventing the spread of COVID-19. With COVID-19 in the community, we are providing support and guidance to our Cranbrook Residences community to keep our residents and staff safe.

    Avoid spreading illnesses

As a reminder, for our visitors we ask that you wash your hands well with liquid soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub before and after visiting and after coughing or sneezing to help reduce the spread of disease. Cover your mouth with a tissue or your elbow (not your bare hand) when coughing or sneezing and dispose of used tissues immediately and wash your hands.

    Stay away if you’re unwell

    Please do NOT visit:

    • If you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 7 days.
    • If you have recently been ill.
    • If you have symptoms of any illness now (fever, sore throat, cough, muscle and joint pain, tiredness/exhaustion) or
    • If you have been in contact with someone who is ill.
