Join us for a guided Open Day at Cranbrook Residences and experience boutique retirement living in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
Explore our low-rise community, visit open apartments, meet our residents and experience daily life at Cranbrook Residences.
What to Expect on the Day
9:00am – Open Day Commences
Guests are welcome to arrive from 9:00am and will be greeted at reception before beginning their visit. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available in the café, and our team and residents will be on hand to welcome you.
9:30am – Introduction to Cranbrook Residences
A short introduction will be held in the café, offering an overview of Cranbrook Residences and our boutique approach to retirement living. We’ll also outline what’s happening across the morning and how you can make the most of your visit.
10:00am – Explore the Village
Guests are invited to explore the village in small, guided groups and experience daily life across the community. During this session, you will:
- Visit open apartments
- Experience amenities and wellness spaces
- Walk through outdoor spaces and gardens
11:15am – Morning Tea
Complimentary morning tea will be served in the café, providing an opportunity to connect with current residents and our team.
11:45am – Wrapping Up & Giveaways
As the Open Day draws to a close, our team will discuss current and upcoming apartment availability, as well as options for private follow-up inspections. We will wrap up the morning with the announcement of our Open Day giveaways, featuring an exciting selection of local lifestyle experiences.

Guests attending the Open Day will have the opportunity to enter a lucky door draw for a selection of local lifestyle experiences, including:

- RSVP required – As Cranbrook Residences is a secure site, we ask that guests RSVP prior to attending.

- Entry and Parking – Entry is via intercom on arrival. Street parking is available nearby.
- Family and friends welcome – We encourage family members to attend.
